Library Card

Your Lamar University or Lamar Institute of Technology ID card serves as your library card

• To check out books, your ID card must have the registrar’s stamp for the current semester.

• To use the online services, you will need your Lamar ID number (8 digits) or your library barcode number (13 digits). The library barcode number is listed on the back of faculty, staff, and student (enrolled prior to August 2006) Lamar ID cards. If you can't login with your Lamar ID number or your library barcode number, please contact the Library Circulation Desk at (409) 880-8134.
