Library Instruction Request Form

To schedule a library instruction session for your class, please complete the form below. The session can be done during any regularly scheduled class time. We request 10 days advance notice.

Some tips:

• Students pay more attention to library instruction sessions when they have an assignment.
• Students should know their assignment before they come to the library.
• Students are motivated to pay attention when you are in attendance.
• Good idea to schedule the session close to the beginning of their research.

10 days to 2 weeks notice will ensure the library faculty time to prepare for your instruction session. You will be contacted by email or phone within three working days of the date you submit the request to confirm the date, time and content of the session.
